Location & Language Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Drive cloud revenue growth by working with assigned partners, quarter over quarter 📈
  • Analyze and plan territory strategies to identify top potential partners
  • Perform account planning with managed partners, tailored to their engagement and responsiveness
  • Train and enable new and existing partners on current and new products
  • Guide onboarding and enablement processes, providing knowledge, resources, and tools
  • Motivate partners to sell Acronis services, attract new customers, and retain existing ones
  • Ensure partner satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact 🌟
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase service adoption
  • Prevent partner churn through proactive engagement
  • Coordinate internal resources to support partner growth
  • Document partner profiles in Partner Passport, ensuring at least 80% of fields are completed
  • Manage partner lifecycle through regular educational and evangelizing activities
  • Maintain consistent communication based on partner priority levels 💬

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the software industry (Channel Sales, Partner Account Management, Channel Development)
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Proven experience in a cybersecurity company with industry best practices and protocols
  • Deep understanding of channel/sales and cloud business models
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and planning skills
  • Strong internal customer focus with a desire to learn all aspects of the business
  • High discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Team-player mindset with a never give up attitude 🤝
  • Self-motivated, proactive with minimal supervision
