📝 What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth: Increase cloud sales quarter over quarter through assigned partners.
  • Territory analysis & planning: Identify top potential partners within dedicated geographies.
  • Account management: Develop detailed account plans for active partners based on engagement levels.
  • Training & enablement: Educate new and existing partners on current and new products.
  • Onboarding: Guide partners through onboarding with essential knowledge, resources, and tools.
  • Sales motivation: Encourage partners to upsell, cross-sell, and attract new customers.
  • Partner satisfaction: Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact, ensuring a positive partnership lifecycle.
  • Growth initiatives: Collaborate on upsell and cross-sell strategies to increase service attachment rates.
  • Retention: Minimize churn by putting maximum effort into partner retention.
  • Resource coordination: Engage internal teams to support partner growth.
  • Partner profiling: Maintain comprehensive partner profiles in Partner Passport, ensuring at least 80% of fields are completed.
  • Lifecycle management: Lead partners through various lifecycle stages with regular educational and evangelizing activities.
  • Relationship management: Maintain regular contact with partners based on priority levels.

🔑 What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales and marketing within the software industry, especially channel sales or partner account management.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Turkish.
  • Cybersecurity expertise: Proven experience within a cybersecurity company demonstrating understanding of industry practices.
  • Sales knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud market business models and field sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Customer focus: High discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Relationship skills: Strong interpersonal abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proactivity: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
