What You'll Do 🛠️

  • Drive cloud revenue growth: Achieve quarter-over-quarter growth through designated partners.
  • Territory analysis & planning: Identify top potential partners in assigned regions.
  • Account planning: Collaborate with managed partners based on engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness.
  • Partner training: Educate new and existing partners on current and new products.
  • Onboarding & enablement: Guide partners with the necessary knowledge, resources, and tools.
  • Sales motivation: Encourage partners to sell Acronis services, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
  • Partner satisfaction: Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • Upsell & cross-sell: Implement initiatives to increase service attachment rates.
  • Retention efforts: Maximize efforts to prevent churn and retain partners.
  • Resource engagement: Coordinate internal resources to support partner growth.
  • Partner profiling: Maintain detailed partner information in Partner Passport, ensuring at least 80% of fields are completed.
  • Lifecycle management: Lead partners through regular activities focused on education, evangelization, and commitment.
  • Regular communication: Maintain consistent contact tailored to partner priority.

What You Bring 💼

  • Experience: Over 5 years in sales and marketing within the software industry (Channel Sales, Partner Account Management, Channel Development).
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Turkish.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge: Proven experience in a cybersecurity company with a solid understanding of industry practices.
  • Sales expertise: Deep channel and field sales experience with cloud market insight.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Customer focus: Strong internal customer orientation with a desire to learn all aspects of the business.
  • Personal qualities: Disciplined, detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, collaborative team-player, with a "never give up" attitude.
