What You'll Do

  • 💼 Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners
  • 🔍 Analyze and plan territories to identify top potential partners
  • 📝 Conduct account planning with managed partners based on their engagement and loyalty
  • 📚 Train new and existing partners on current and new products
  • 🚀 Guide partners through onboarding and enablement, providing necessary resources
  • 💪 Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to their customers, attracting new clients and retaining existing ones
  • 🤝 Ensure partner satisfaction, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the partner lifecycle
  • 📈 Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase service attachment rates
  • ❌ Strive to minimize churn and retain partners
  • 🤝 Coordinate internal resources to support partner growth
  • 🔎 Profile managed partners in the Partner Passport, ensuring at least 80% of fields are completed
  • 🎯 Lead partners through their lifecycle with regular educational and engagement activities
  • 📞 Maintain consistent contact with partners based on their priority level

What You Bring

  • 🎯 Over 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, especially in channel sales or partner management
  • 📝 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English / Turkish
  • 🔐 Proven experience in cybersecurity demonstrating industry knowledge
  • 🌐 In-depth understanding of channel and field sales, with familiarity with the cloud market
  • 🎤 Excellent presentation, communication, and planning skills
  • 💡 Customer-focused mindset with eagerness to learn all aspects of the business
  • 📅 High discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • 🤝 Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
  • 🚀 Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently

Language requirements: Fluency in Turkish and English is essential.
