We are currently seeking a Partner Success Manager to expand our team, specifically looking for candidates located in North Italy who can communicate effectively in Italian and English. Please note, we only accept resumes and applications in English. 😊

What You'll Do 🚀

  • Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners
  • Perform territory analysis and planning to identify top potential partners within dedicated regions
  • Engage in account planning with managed partners, tailoring details based on engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness
  • Train both new and existing partners on current and new products
  • Lead partners through onboarding and enablement, providing necessary knowledge, resources, and tools
  • Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services, attract new customers, and retain existing ones
  • Act as a trusted advisor to drive partner satisfaction and serve as the main contact throughout the partnership lifecycle
  • Implement successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase attached service rates
  • Efforts to prevent churn and retain partners are crucial
  • Coordinate internal resources to support partner growth
  • Profile every managed partner within the Partner Passport, ensuring at least 80% of fields are completed
  • Manage partner lifecycle through regular activities focused on education and engagement
  • Maintain consistent communication with partners based on their priority level

What You Bring 🏆

  • Over 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, particularly in Channel Sales, Partner Account Management, or Channel Development roles
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Proven experience in a cybersecurity company, with a deep understanding of industry practices and protocols
  • Extensive knowledge of channel and field sales, with an understanding of cloud market business models
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and planning skills
  • Strong internal customer focus and eagerness to learn various aspects of the business
  • High discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Collaborative team-player with a resilient, can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Turkish and English is required
