Location
We are looking for candidates based in North Italy. Fluency in Italian and English is required. Please submit all resumes and applications in English.
What You'll Do 🚀
- Drive revenue growth: Grow cloud revenue quarter over quarter through your assigned partners.
- Territory analysis: Conduct planning to identify top potential partners within dedicated geographies.
- Account planning: Develop tailored plans with managed partners based on their engagement and loyalty.
- Partner training: Educate new and existing partners on products and services.
- Onboarding & enablement: Guide partners through onboarding, providing all necessary knowledge and tools.
- Sales enablement: Motivate partners to sell Acronis services, attract new clients, and retain existing ones.
- Partner satisfaction: Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle.
- Upsell/Cross-sell: Lead initiatives to increase attach rates for new services.
- Churn prevention: Maximize efforts to retain partners.
- Resource orchestration: Mobilize internal teams to support partner growth.
- Partner profiling: Maintain comprehensive data in Partner Passport, ensuring at least 80% of fields are completed per partner.
- Lifecycle management: Lead partners through their lifecycle with continuous education, evangelization, and engagement activities.
- Regular contact: Maintain consistent communication with partners based on priority levels.
What You Bring 🌟
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the software industry (Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Channel Development).
- Proficiency in English and Turkish.
- Proven cybersecurity industry experience, with a deep understanding of industry standards and protocols.
- Strong experience in channel and field sales, particularly within the cloud market.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a willingness to learn all facets of our business.
- High discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Collaborative team-player attitude with a persistent drive to succeed.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
