What You'll Do

  • 🚀 Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through appointed partners.
  • 🔍 Conduct territory analysis and develop strategic plans to identify top potential partners in designated regions.
  • 💼 Perform account planning tailored to each partner’s engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness levels.
  • 🎓 Train new and existing partners on current and new products.
  • 📝 Guide partners through onboarding and enablement, providing all necessary resources and tools.
  • 🤝 Motivate and support partners in selling Acronis services, attracting new customers, and retaining existing ones.
  • ⭐ Foster partner satisfaction, acting as a trusted advisor and sole contact point throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • 📈 Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase service attachment rates.
  • 🛡️ Minimize churn and work proactively to retain partners.
  • 🤝 Coordinate internal resources to support partner growth initiatives.
  • 📝 Maintain detailed records of partner profiles in the Partner Passport, ensuring at least 80% field completion.
  • 🎯 Manage partner lifecycle activities focused on education, evangelization, and commitment.
  • 🔄 Establish regular communication with partners based on priority levels.

What You Bring

  • 🎯 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the software industry (Channel Sales, Partner Account Management, or Channel Development).
  • 📝 Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Turkish.
  • 🔐 Proven cybersecurity industry experience, with deep understanding of practices and protocols.
  • 🌐 In-depth experience in channel and field sales, with a solid grasp of cloud market dynamics.
  • 💬 Exceptional presentation, communication, and planning skills.
  • 🤝 Customer-centric mindset and eagerness to learn all facets of the business.
  • ⚡ High discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • 🧩 Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • 🤝 Collaborative team player with a resilient attitude and determination to succeed.
  • 🚀 Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
