What You'll Do

  • 🚀 Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth by collaborating with assigned partners.
  • 🗺️ Conduct territory analysis and develop plans for dedicated regions to identify top potential partners.
  • 🤝 Perform detailed account planning with managed partners, tailored to their engagement levels.
  • 🧑‍🏫 Train new and existing partners on both current and new products.
  • 🎯 Guide partners through onboarding and enablement, providing necessary knowledge, resources, and tools.
  • 💡 Motivate and support partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and retain current clients.
  • 🤝 Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact, ensuring partner satisfaction throughout their lifecycle.
  • 📈 Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase service attach rates.
  • 🚫 Minimize churn and focus on partner retention efforts.
  • 🔧 Coordinate internal resources to support partner growth initiatives.
  • 📄 Maintain detailed profiles of each partner in Partner Passport, ensuring at least 80% of fields are completed.
  • 🎯 Manage partner lifecycle through regular educational, evangelizing, and engagement activities.
  • 📞 Maintain regular contact with partners, adjusting frequency based on priority.

What You Bring

  • 🎯 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry (Channel Sales, Partner Account Manager, or Channel Development roles).
  • 📝 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
  • 🛡️ Proven experience in a cybersecurity company, demonstrating industry best practices and protocols.
  • 🌐 In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
  • 🎤 Excellent presentation, communication, and planning skills.
  • 🤝 Customer-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow in all aspects of the business.
  • 🕐 High discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • 👥 Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • 🚀 Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • 🗣️ Fluency in Turkish and English is required.
