What You'll Do

  • Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners 📈
  • Conduct territory analysis and planning to identify top potential partners 🌍
  • Perform detailed account planning with managed partners based on engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness 🤝
  • Train new and existing partners on current and new products 📚
  • Guide partners through onboarding and enablement, providing all necessary resources and tools 🔧
  • Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services, attract new customers, and retain existing ones 🚀
  • Ensure partner satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout their lifecycle 🌟
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase attach rate of new services 🔄
  • Minimize churn and foster partner retention ❤️
  • Coordinate internal resources to support partner growth 📞
  • Profile each managed partner using the Partner Passport, ensuring at least 80% of fields are completed 📝
  • Manage partner lifecycle activities, focusing on education, evangelization, and engagement 🎯
  • Maintain regular contact with all partners based on their priority levels 📅

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience within the software industry, specializing in Channel Sales, Partner Account Management, or Channel Development 💼
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Turkish (both written and verbal) 🗣️
  • Proven experience in a cyber security company with strong industry knowledge 🔐
  • In-depth channel and field sales expertise with understanding of cloud market dynamics ☁️
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and planning skills 🎤
  • High internal customer focus with eagerness to learn across the business 📚
  • Strong discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines ⏱️
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities 🧩
  • Collaborative team player with a resilient attitude and proactive mindset 🤝
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision 🚶‍♂️
