What You'll Do

  • 🌱 Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners
  • 📊 Conduct territory analysis and planning to identify top potential partners in dedicated regions
  • 📝 Perform account planning with managed partners, tailored to their engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness
  • 🎓 Train new and existing partners on current and upcoming products
  • 🚀 Guide partners through onboarding and enablement, providing necessary knowledge, resources, and tools
  • 🤝 Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services, attract new customers, and retain existing ones
  • ⭐ Ensure partner satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle
  • 🔄 Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase service attachment rates
  • 🚫 Minimize churn and retain valuable partners
  • 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to support partner growth and success
  • 📂 Profile every managed partner in Vendor tools, documenting details in Partner Passport with at least 80% fields completed
  • 🔄 Manage partner lifecycle with regular education, evangelization, and engagement activities
  • 📞 Maintain consistent communication based on partner priority levels

What You Bring

  • ✨ 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the software industry, specifically in channel sales, partner account management, or channel development
  • 📝 Strong proficiency in English and Turkish
  • 🛡 Proven experience in a cybersecurity company, demonstrating industry best practices and protocols
  • 🌐 Deep understanding of channel and field sales, especially within cloud markets
  • 🎙 Excellent presentation, communication, and planning skills
  • 🤝 Customer-focused with a desire to learn all aspects of the business
  • 🔍 High attention to detail and discipline, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 🧩 Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • 🤝 Collaborative team-player with a resilient and proactive attitude
  • 🚀 Self-motivated with minimal supervision

Note: Fluency in both Turkish and English is essential.
