🌟 What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue: Achieve quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth via assigned partners.
  • Territory analysis: Identify top potential partners through detailed territory planning.
  • Account planning: Collaborate with managed partners based on engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness.
  • Training: Educate new and existing partners on current and upcoming products.
  • Onboarding & enablement: Guide partners with knowledge, resources, and tools for successful onboarding.
  • Motivation & sales enablement: Encourage partners to sell Acronis services, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
  • Partner satisfaction: Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • Upsell & cross-sell: Lead initiatives to increase attach rates of new services.
  • Retention: Maximize efforts to reduce churn and retain partners.
  • Internal coordination: Engage internal resources to support partner growth.
  • Partner profiling: Document partner sales tools and vendors in Partner Passport, ensuring at least 80% fields are filled.
  • Lifecycle management: Lead partners through every stage with regular activities focused on education and engagement.
  • Relationship management: Maintain regular contact with partners based on priority levels.

📝 What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales/marketing within the software industry, especially channel sales and partner account management.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Turkish.
  • Security expertise: Proven experience in cybersecurity, demonstrating industry best practices.
  • Sales acumen: Deep understanding of cloud market business models and field sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Customer focus: Strong internal customer orientation and eagerness to learn all aspects of the business.
  • Attributes: Discipline, attention to detail, punctuality, and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Teamwork & motivation: Collaborative spirit, proactive attitude, and resilience to succeed.
