Location

What You'll Do

  • 🚀 Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners
  • 🗺️ Conduct territory analysis and planning for specific regions to identify top potential partners
  • 🤝 Perform account planning with managed partners based on engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness
  • 📚 Train new and existing partners on current and new products
  • 🌟 Guide partners through onboarding and enablement, providing the necessary knowledge, resources, and tools
  • 🎯 Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services, attract new customers, and retain existing ones
  • 🤝 Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction
  • 🔄 Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase service attachment rates
  • ⚠️ Minimize churn and retain partners by putting maximum effort into relationship management
  • 🤝 Coordinate internal resources to support partner growth
  • 📊 Profile managed partners using vendors and tools, documenting all information into Partner Passport (aiming for at least 80% field completion)
  • 🔄 Manage partner lifecycle through regular education, evangelization, and engagement activities
  • 📞 Maintain consistent contact with partners based on priority level

What You Bring

  • 🎯 Over 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, particularly in channel sales, partner management, or channel development within software vendors
  • 📝 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
  • 🔒 Proven experience in a cybersecurity company, demonstrating industry best practices and protocols
  • 🌐 Deep understanding of channel and field sales, with insight into the cloud market business model
  • 🗣️ Excellent presentation, communication, and planning skills
  • 💡 Customer-focused mindset with eagerness to learn all aspects of the business
  • 🕒 High discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 🤝 Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
  • 🚀 Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • 🗣️ Fluency in Turkish and English is essential
