📝 What You'll Do
- Drive revenue: Generate quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth via assigned partners.
- Territory analysis: Perform planning to identify top potential partners in designated geographies.
- Account planning: Collaborate with managed partners based on engagement and responsiveness.
- Training: Educate new and existing partners on current and new products.
- Onboarding & enablement: Guide partners through onboarding, ensuring they have all necessary resources.
- Sales motivation: Encourage partners to sell Acronis services, acquire new clients, and retain existing ones.
- Partner satisfaction: Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle.
- Upsell/cross-sell: Lead initiatives to increase service attachment rates.
- Churn prevention: Maximize efforts to retain partners.
- Resource coordination: Engage internal teams to support partner growth.
- Partner profiling: Maintain comprehensive partner data in Partner Passport, ensuring at least 80% of fields are completed.
- Lifecycle management: Lead partners through various lifecycle stages with regular education and engagement activities.
- Relationship management: Maintain regular contact, adjusting frequency based on partner priority.
🔑 What You Bring
- 5+ years in sales and marketing within the software industry, especially channel sales or partner management.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity and a strong understanding of industry practices.
- Deep channel and field sales expertise, with insights into cloud market dynamics.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and planning skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a desire to learn all aspects of the business.
- High discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proactive, self-motivated team player who can work independently.
- Ability to fluently speak Turkish and English.
