About the Job

As a Channel Account Manager at Odoo, you will support and grow our network of implementation partners by helping them sell, implement, and support our suite of business applications. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding partners to enhance sales performance, manage client projects, and expand their Odoo practices.

Initially, the first two to three months are fully on-site with comprehensive training on our product, partner model, and go-to-market strategy. We value collaboration, business acumen, and resourcefulness in our team members.

Responsibilities 🚀

  • Train partners in effective Odoo software sales and implementation strategies
  • Coach partners to improve sales processes and overall performance
  • Foster continuous learning and skill development among partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for ongoing success
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnerships
  • Collaborate with partners to customize implementation packages for end customers
  • Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needs
  • Implement cross-functional processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Streamline communication among partners, internal teams, and customers
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
  • Work with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo software competitively
  • Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications 🎯

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and education
  • Fluency in Spanish (professional or native/bilingual proficiency)
  • Passion for software products
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications 💡

  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Background in SaaS companies
  • Immediate availability
  • Additional language skills, especially Portuguese

Compensation Details 💰

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 OTE, with a base salary ranging from $50,000 - $70,000. Actual salary may vary based on education, experience, performance, business needs, and location.
