📝 About the Job

We are hiring Partner Account Executives to join our expanding Latin America Partnerships team. In this role, you'll work with warm leads from companies interested in becoming Odoo partners, guiding them through evaluation, onboarding, and implementation processes.

This role involves managing the full sales cycle—from discovery to closing—and includes a comprehensive onboarding period of 2-3 months onsite for hands-on training. It's perfect for proactive, consultative individuals eager to take ownership of their sales pipeline.

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Partnership Recruitment: Conduct recruitment efforts using data analytics, CRM score tracking, and BANT strategy evaluation.
  • Revenue Strategies: Use Odoo’s lead scoring system, project revenue, identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, and customize ERP solutions with Python and SQL.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract and analyze data, monitor trends, and create dashboards within Odoo for managerial insights.
  • Sales Management: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and timely deal closures.
  • Consultative Design & Negotiation: Collaborate with potential partners to tailor and negotiate implementation packages.

🎓 Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in business) or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in Spanish and English (professional or native/bilingual).
  • Technical Awareness: Strong understanding of software and emerging technologies.
  • Experience: 1+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills and curiosity about business operations.

  • Technical Experience: Familiarity with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, or E-commerce software.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 OTE. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, performance, and location. This includes commissions or variable pay where applicable.
