We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Universal Banker (20 hours) fluent in English and Mandarin to deliver exceptional banking services and foster strong customer relationships.

About the Role

The Universal Banker is an entry-level position responsible for supporting sales initiatives, product promotions, and service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The primary goal is to build customer loyalty and contribute to increasing sales among individual consumer clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening processes for existing customers
• Deliver service to internal and external customers to resolve account issues
• Execute financial transactions following bank policies and procedures
• Refer opportunities to segment partners when appropriate
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints promptly
• Support sales and service activities through seminars, marketing events, promotional campaigns, and product initiatives
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure safety and security
• Evaluate risks carefully in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of relevant banking or retail experience
• Experience in Retail Banking or similar roles required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Educational Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
