📝 Job Overview

The Teller position is entry-level, responsible for assisting with branch activities, providing client-facing services, and processing transactions. The goal is to deliver high-quality customer service and contribute to the branch’s revenue through optimal solutions.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients, creating a positive and friendly first impression through efficient customer service.
• Perform banking transactions accurately, including managing cash supply, deposits, and maintaining vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services aligned with clients' financial goals.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options available through Citi.
• Adhere to policies for operational controls, safety, and security of client and bank assets.
• Meet client needs effectively and manage issues or concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts, products, and services.
• Provide an exceptional client experience, measured by specific performance metrics.
• Assess risk responsibly in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, and report issues transparently.

🎯 Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience (preferred)
• Proven sales and customer service skills
• Experience handling money
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

🎓 Education

High School diploma or equivalent.

• Thursday: 1:00pm - 5:00pm
• Saturday: 10:30am - 2:30pm
