About the Role 🏦
The Teller position involves assisting with branch activities, delivering client-facing services, and processing transactions. Your primary goal will be to offer high-quality customer service, support the branch in generating revenue, and deliver optimal solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities 📋
- Serve as the first point of contact: Create a positive first impression with friendly and efficient service ☀️
- Perform banking transactions: Manage cash supply, handle deposits, and maintain vault cash 💵
- Identify referral opportunities: Recommend new products and services based on clients' financial goals 🎯
- Educate clients: Promote digital and self-service options offered by Citi 📱
- Ensure compliance & security: Follow policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to safeguard assets 🔒
- Manage client issues: Address client needs effectively, escalating concerns as needed 🗣️
- Maintain knowledge: Stay updated on client accounts, products, and services 📚
- Deliver an exceptional client experience: Meet client needs while adhering to performance metrics 🌟

Qualifications ✅
- Previous relevant experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills
- Experience with money handling
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Education 🎓
High School diploma or equivalent required
