Southern California Gas Company is seeking part-time Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in English and Cantonese, Korean, or Mandarin. The ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of customer service experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and handle a high volume of calls with professionalism.
Customer Service Representative
- Responsibilities include: Processing customer calls and acting as the primary contact for various service requests.

Physical Demands
🛠️ Very Light: Occasionally lift or carry items such as dockets, ledgers, or small tools weighing up to approximately 10 pounds. The role involves mostly sitting, with some walking and standing necessary to perform duties.

Minimum Qualifications
- Previous customer contact experience.
- Ability to operate a computer and peripheral devices.
- Valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- Pass a pre-qualification examination, including a Clerical Test Battery (Customer Contact) and customer service inventory test.
- Qualify through a panel interview.
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Cantonese, Korean, or Mandarin.
- Successful completion of formal Customer Service Representative training.
