Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive customer experience in line with company standards.
• Process money transfer transactions efficiently and accurately manage cash register operations.

• Handle related services, ensuring compliance and precision.
• Manage company funds with careful reconciliation of daily receipts and records.
• Implement strong security measures to protect company assets.
• Perform daily reconciliation to ensure transparency and accuracy.
• Provide customers with timely updates on their transaction status.

Role Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and financial transactions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
