Part-Time Bilingual Teller – English/Spanish in Miami, FL (Saturday hours required) 🚀

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive customer experience in line with company standards.
• Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations efficiently.
• Uphold loss prevention protocols, adhering strictly to company policies and store standards.
• Handle money transfer procedures and related services with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage company funds and perform daily reconciliation of money transfers.
• Implement strong security measures to protect company assets and maintain financial integrity.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their transaction status.

Role Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service.
• Experience handling financial transactions.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $17.00/hour, with potential increases of $0.25 at 30 and 90 days from hire.

Benefits: Includes short-term incentives, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, tuition assistance, student loan repayment, employee discounts, and a 4% Western Union contribution to the 401K plan. 🌟

Location & Hours

Location: 1844 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135 – Western Union inside of Oportun.

Schedule: Part-time position working 20-25 hours per week, flexible days within regular business hours:

• Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET
• Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
