Part-Time Teller – Bilingual English/Spanish in Miami, FL (Saturday hours required)

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive customer experience, adhering to company standards
• Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations efficiently
• Uphold loss prevention protocols, following store policies and standards
• Handle money transfer procedures with accuracy and compliance
• Manage and reconcile company funds regularly
• Implement security measures to protect company assets
• Perform daily reconciliation of transactions for accuracy
• Provide timely updates to customers about their transfer statuses

Role Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service and financial transactions
• Fluency in both English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $17.00 per hour, with potential increases of $0.25 after 30 and 90 days

Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET; Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET

Work Schedule: 20-25 hours/week, flexible days within regular business hours
