Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive customer experience
• Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations efficiently
• Strictly adhere to loss prevention protocols and store policies
• Handle money transfer procedures with accuracy and compliance
• Reconcile company funds daily, maintaining financial accuracy and transparency
• Implement security measures to safeguard funds and uphold financial integrity
• Provide prompt updates to customers regarding their transactions

Role Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service and handling financial transactions
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy

Location: 1844 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135 – Western Union inside Oportun

Schedule: Part-time (20-25 hours/week), flexible days within regular business hours:

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
