Role Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive customer experience
- Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations efficiently
- Strictly adhere to loss prevention protocols and store policies
- Handle money transfer procedures with accuracy and compliance
- Reconcile company funds daily, maintaining financial accuracy and transparency
- Implement security measures to safeguard funds and uphold financial integrity
- Provide prompt updates to customers regarding their transactions
Role Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service and handling financial transactions
- Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy

Location & Schedule
Location: 1844 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135 – Western Union inside Oportun
Schedule: Part-time (20-25 hours/week), flexible days within regular business hours:
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
