• Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Process money transfer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Follow loss prevention protocols and uphold security standards.

📝 Role Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service and handling financial transactions

💼 Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $17.00 per hour, with potential increases of $0.25 at 30 and 90 days.

📍 Location & Schedule

Miami Office: 1844 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135, inside Oportun

Operational Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET; Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET

Work Schedule: 20-25 hours/week, flexible days within regular business hours

Note: Full-time in-person role required for Miami location due to job nature.
