Part-Time Bilingual Korean – Customer Experience Specialist (Remote - UT ONLY)
Compensation: $23–$24 per hour DOE 💰
Location: Work from Home (UT Residents Only) 🏡
- Must reside within an hour's drive of Lehi, Utah
Work Schedule & Requirements
- Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday
- Shifts:
- Morning Shift: 8:30 am – 2:00 pm
- Evening Shift: 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm (occasional Saturdays)
- Internet Requirement: Reliable speed of at least 100 MBPS 📶
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist – Bilingual (Korean/English) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide top-tier support to customers in both languages across various communication channels. You will be the frontline contact managing inquiries, orders, account updates, and event support — ensuring each interaction reflects our dedication to quality and care.

Key Responsibilities
- Support customers in Korean and English via phone, email, live chat, and SMS 📱
- Assist with product orders, returns, new member applications, and account updates
- Provide accurate information on compensation plans, promotions, events, and products
- Promote upsell items and current offers to improve the customer experience
- Document all customer interactions for accuracy, audits, and quality assurance
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with promotions, processes, and tools
- Maintain performance standards in customer satisfaction, handling time, and quality scores
- Represent the company at virtual or in-person events, supporting both Korean and English-speaking customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience
Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency: Korean and English (spoken and written); advanced Korean fluency required 🇰🇷
- Friendly, professional, customer-focused attitude 😊
- Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service experience with effective de-escalation abilities
- Basic knowledge of direct sales preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; typing speed of 30+ WPM with 10-key skills
- High attention to detail, multitasking, and adaptability to new systems and processes
