Looking for a bilingual Korean-English Customer Experience Specialist to join a dynamic team, working remotely within Utah and providing exceptional support to customers in both languages.
Part-Time Bilingual Korean – Customer Experience Specialist (Remote - UT ONLY)
Compensation: $23–$24 per hour DOE 💵
Work Location: Remote for Utah Residents Only
- Must live within an hour's drive of Lehi, Utah 🚗
Schedule & Requirements
- Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday
- Morning Shift: 8:30 am – 2:00 pm
- Evening Shift: 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm (occasional Saturdays) 🌅🌆
- Internet Requirement: Reliable internet speed of at least 100 MBPS 📶
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist bilingual in Korean and English, you will provide outstanding support to our customers through multiple channels. Your role will be the first point of contact for inquiries, orders, account updates, and event support. Every interaction will reflect our dedication to quality and care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Korean and English via phone, email, live chat, and SMS 📱✉️💬
- Assist with product orders, returns, new member applications, account updates, and general inquiries 🛍️
- Share accurate information about compensation plans, promotions, events, and products 📝
- Promote upsell items and current offers to enhance the customer experience 🔄
- Document all customer interactions for accuracy, auditing, and quality assurance 🗃️
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues as needed ⚠️
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on promotions, processes, and tools 🎓
- Maintain high performance standards in customer satisfaction, handling time, and quality scores ⭐
- Represent the company at virtual or in-person events, supporting both Korean- and English-speaking customers 🎤🌐
- Collaborate with internal teams to continually improve the customer experience 🤝
Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (spoken and written); advanced Korean fluency required 🈵🈶
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude 😊
- Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills 🧠🗣️
- Excellent customer service experience with effective de-escalation skills 💬✨
- Basic knowledge of direct sales preferred 💡
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; typing speed of 30+ WPM with 10-key skills ⌨️
- High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and adaptability to new systems and processes 🔍🔄
