🔹 What You'll Be Doing
- 🤝 Engage with Clipper customers face-to-face, providing support and assistance with their Clipper card needs.
- 🆕 Issue new Clipper cards and process transit value transactions using our custom Point-of-Sale system.
- ❓ Address inquiries regarding the use of physical and mobile Clipper cards for Bay Area transit.
- 💰 Manage cash, commuter checks, and credit/debit card payments during your shift.
🔹 What You Bring to the Role
- 🌐 Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese.
- 🏙️ Residence in San Francisco, CA, with willingness to work onsite at the Embarcadero BART Station.
- 💻 Basic knowledge of Excel and computer usage.
- 💵 Experience in cash handling.
- 🧘♂️ Ability to effectively manage and deescalate customer service situations.
🔹 What You Can Expect
- 🕒 Part-time hours: 20-25 hours per week with 5-hour shifts.
- 🗓️ Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday attendance required) between 7 AM - 7 PM; on Saturdays from 9 AM - 2 PM.
