🚀 What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with Clipper customers in face-to-face interactions, providing essential support and assistance with their Clipper card needs.
  • Issue new Clipper cards and process transit value transactions using a custom Point-of-Sale system.
  • Address inquiries regarding the use of physical and mobile Clipper cards for Bay Area transit.
  • Manage payments including cash, commuter checks, and credit/debit card transactions during your shift.

🎯 What You Bring to the Role

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese.
  • Residence in San Francisco, CA, with a willingness to work onsite at the Embarcadero BART Station.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and computer usage.
  • Experience in cash handling.
  • Ability to manage and de-escalate customer service situations effectively.

💼 What You Can Expect

  • Part-time hours: 20-25 hours per week with 5-hour shifts.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday presence required) from 7 AM to 7 PM; Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM.
