Help Medicare patients access essential care programs in a rewarding part-time, outbound calling role designed for outgoing, tech-savvy individuals passionate about patient advocacy and engagement.

About the Role

As a Care Ambassador, you will engage directly with Medicare patients on behalf of their healthcare providers. Your responsibilities include explaining program benefits, answering questions with empathy, and encouraging enrollment through impactful conversations. Think of yourself as a blend of educator, advocate, and closer — driving real results and improving patient access to care.

Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Cold calling Medicare patients using specialized enrollment software (~15 calls/hour)
• 📝 Clearly explaining care program benefits, eligibility, and details
• 🤝 Answering questions accurately and with empathy to ensure patient understanding
• 🚀 Motivating and encouraging patients to enroll, overcoming objections when necessary
• 🗂️ Documenting every call and interaction thoroughly in our system
• 📊 Tracking recurring questions, issues, and feedback for management
• 🔄 Staying updated on program details and outreach best practices
• 🕘 Completing calls on weekdays between 9am-6pm ET
• ⏱️ Committing to at least 20-25 hours of availability per week

Qualifications & Skills

• ✅ At least two years of outbound phone sales experience
• 🗣️ Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 🔔 Proven experience in high-volume cold calling, prospect engagement, and appointment setting
• 💪 Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• 🖥️ Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new software
• 🗂️ Excellent organizational and time management skills
• 🗣️ Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• ❤️ Patient-first mindset with quick trust-building skills
• 🎯 Motivated to meet performance goals and improve daily
• 📋 Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate documentation
• 🧠 Resilient, adaptable, and capable of handling objections productively
• 💼 Must have very strong closing skills
• 🩺 Medicare knowledge or experience is highly desirable

Compensation & Benefits

• 💵 $20/hour with a performance bonus of $200 after 60 days of employment
• 📝 This role is a 1099 independent contractor
• 💻 Contractors are responsible for their own equipment, payroll taxes, and benefits
