CircleLink Health is seeking a passionate, outgoing, and tech-savvy Care Ambassador to help enroll Medicare patients into an impactful monthly check-in program. This part-time role offers an incredible opportunity to make a difference by helping people access the care they deserve while gaining valuable experience in healthcare outreach.
About the Role
As a Care Ambassador, you'll directly connect with patients on behalf of their healthcare providers. Your responsibilities include explaining program benefits, answering questions, and encouraging enrollment through meaningful conversations. You'll be a mix of educator, advocate, and closer—driving real results that matter! 🔑
What You'll Do
- 📞 Cold calling Medicare patients using our specialized enrollment software (aiming for around 15 calls/hour)
- 📝 Clearly explain the care program’s benefits, eligibility, and parameters
- ❤️ Answer patient questions with empathy and accuracy to ensure understanding
- 💪 Motivate and encourage patients to enroll, overcoming objections when necessary
- 🗃️ Document every call and patient interaction thoroughly in our system
- 🔄 Track recurring questions, issues, and feedback, then communicate insights to management
- 📚 Stay updated on program details and best practices for outreach
- ⏰ Complete calls on weekdays between 9am-6pm ET
- ⌛ Availability of 20-25 hours per week is required
What We're Looking For
- At least TWO years of outbound PHONE sales experience — a MUST HAVE!
- Fluent in both English and Spanish — a MUST HAVE!
- Experience with high-volume cold calling, including initiating outbound calls and driving appointment-setting results. This role is 100% cold calling!
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting performance metrics
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Patient-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
- Motivated to achieve performance goals and continuously improve
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to 100% accurate documentation
- Resilient and adaptable—able to handle objections and keep conversations productive
- Very strong closing skills
- Medicare experience or knowledge is highly desired
Benefits & Compensation 💼
- $20 per hour
- Opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus of $200 after 60 days of employment
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role
- The contractor is responsible for their own equipment, payroll taxes, and benefits
