Key Responsibilities

• Build a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, scheduling appointments, and ensuring they feel appreciated 🤝
• Deliver exceptional service by assisting with daily transactions, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations ✅
• Promote technological tools by educating clients on using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs anytime, anywhere 📱💻
• Develop client relationships through active listening, thoughtful questions, empathy, and sharing product knowledge, introducing clients to our team of experts for tailored financial solutions 🤝
• Handle branch operations including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs while adhering to bank policies 🏦
