• Assist clients with transactions, new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on utilizing digital banking tools like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenience.
• Build meaningful relationships through active listening, empathetic communication, and product knowledge sharing.
• Manage branch operations including cash handling and ATM management, adhering to all policies.

• Exceptional client-first attitude, delivering attentive and friendly service in a welcoming environment.
