As an integral part of our branch team, you will:
- Create a warm and inviting space for clients, greeting them with attentiveness and managing their flow efficiently.
- Assist clients with transactions, new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Educate clients on utilizing digital banking tools like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenience.
- Build meaningful relationships through active listening, empathetic communication, and product knowledge sharing.
- Manage branch operations including cash handling and ATM management, adhering to all policies.

- Exceptional client-first attitude, delivering attentive and friendly service in a welcoming environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills—showing genuine care and concern during interactions.
- Effective communicator—clear, polite, and proactive in understanding and meeting client needs.
- Attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues promptly, ensuring a consistent experience.

- Quick learner—able to adapt to new products, services, and procedures effectively.
- Customer service experience or comparable background.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish—reading and speaking.
