📝 Job Responsibilities

• Greet and Welcome: Create a friendly atmosphere by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into queues, and scheduling or canceling meetings.
• Assist with Transactions & Accounts: Exceed client expectations while handling day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Promote Digital Banking: Educate clients on self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to facilitate banking anytime, anywhere.
• Build Relationships: Actively listen, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product solutions with clients—connecting them with our team of experts.
• Branch Operations: Manage branch facilities and cash devices such as ATMs and vaults, following all bank policies and procedures.

🔑 Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Customer Focus: Prioritize clients’ needs by delivering attentive, friendly, and welcoming service.
• Relationship Building: Show genuine care and establish trust during interactions.
• Effective Communication: Clearly and politely engage clients, understanding and anticipating their needs.
• Problem Resolution: Quickly resolve client issues with attention to detail for a consistent experience.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Enhance client experiences by working seamlessly with colleagues.
• Product Knowledge: Rapidly learn and adapt to various products, services, and procedures.
• Experience & Education: Client service experience or similar background; high school diploma or GED.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Mandarin (reading and speaking) is required.
