About the Role
As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will be the face of our brand and culture, providing warm, attentive service, leveraging the latest banking solutions, and innovative financial technology to meet client needs.
Your contributions will play a vital role in the success of our branch, helping clients achieve their financial goals through trusted relationships and expert guidance.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome Clients: Greet clients as they enter the branch, making them feel appreciated, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling meetings.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Assist with daily transactions, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations while exceeding client expectations.
- Promote Technology Use: Educate clients on self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help manage their banking needs anytime, anywhere.
- Build Trusted Relationships: Actively listen, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, share product knowledge, and connect clients with our team of experts to help reach their financial goals.
- Handle Branch Operations: Manage cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs, adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- 🎓 High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 🗣️ Fluent speaking and reading in both English and Cantonese is required.

- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
- Experience with cash handling.
