Job Description

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician at Lighthouse, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Build meaningful relationships with children and their families, directly contributing to their growth, development, and enhanced quality of life. 💙

Salary Range: $22 - $28 per hour

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each child's individualized treatment plan.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a structured, supportive environment.
• Foster positive therapeutic relationships that promote independence and well-being.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team members to review progress, address concerns, and make necessary adjustments.
