Process Engineer - Painting 🎨

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and optimize our painting processes, including Flame, Co2, Prime, Base, and Clear applications, ensuring top quality and efficiency across operations.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of painting engineers and technicians to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Process Design & Optimization: Design and refine painting methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance productivity.
• Quality Collaboration: Work with QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve painting-related quality issues.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all painting processes align with environmental and safety standards.
• Equipment Management: Oversee maintenance and calibration of painting equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Budget & Resource Management: Develop and control departmental budgets, optimize resource utilization.
• Reporting & Monitoring: Prepare dashboards and reports on KPIs and departmental progress.
• Operational Supervision: Plan and supervise daily assembly operations to meet production and delivery targets.
• Production Coordination: Collaborate with production planning to fulfill client orders accurately and on time.
• Maintenance Oversight: Manage maintenance of assembly line machinery to minimize downtimes.
• Team Development & Environment: Foster a positive, teamwork-oriented work environment, conduct performance evaluations, and handle personnel issues.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe workplace adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Experience: At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with robotic painting environments.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with robotic painting systems.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
• Problem-Solving: Strong abilities in troubleshooting and decision-making.
• Safety & Quality: Strong commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in Korean and English highly preferred.
