📝 General Function / Summary

The P&C Commercial Line Sales Agent is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the commercial insurance sector. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, offering tailored risk management solutions, and contributing to the company's revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

💼 Major Duties and Responsibilities

• 🔎 Actively generate new sales leads through referrals, gathering all necessary information to convert leads into prospects and clients.
• 🤝 Present proposals to prospects and clients, close sales, and perform exposure analyses.
• 📂 Develop client accounts and cross-sell products and services within the P&C Department and/or All-in-One Platform.
• 🧮 Be proficient in carrier rating systems provided for agency use.
• 📝 Maintain proper documentation for both existing and prospective clients.
• 🎯 Identify carrier risk appetites, underwriting guidelines, carrier information, and target classes.
• 📨 Respond promptly to client inquiries, incoming mail, and company requests.
• 📚 Attend training sessions and courses to stay updated on industry knowledge and skills.
• ✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while practicing high ethical service standards.

🎓 Basic Qualifications

• ✅ Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
• 📈 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance
• 🌐 Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese or Thai
• 💪 Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• 🚀 Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and achieve results
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Windows Suite and Agency Management Systems
• 📋 Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
