Position: Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand existing accounts and develop new business opportunities across our target markets. This role involves executing sales strategies, increasing market share, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities 🚀

• Implement company sales initiatives to support BakeMark USA’s goal of maintaining a dominant position in the baking industry.
• Identify, develop, and secure orders to meet 100% of customer supply needs.
• Maintain and expand existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Travel within an assigned local territory (approximately 90–100% travel required; occasional overnight stays may be necessary).
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Utilize company systems and tools to manage accounts, track sales activities, and produce reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support company objectives.

Qualifications ✅

• Prior experience in sales or route sales preferred.
• Baking industry experience highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required.

Compensation & Benefits 💼

• Starting base salary of at least $60,000/year.
• Opportunity to transition to 100% commission within 6 months through our sales plan.
• 7 holidays plus paid time off (PTO).
• Mileage reimbursement provided.
• Bilingual candidates preferred: English or Spanish.
