Join Our Team as a Bilingual Customer Service Program Specialist! 🌟
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Program Specialist to support individuals through various stages of program participation, enrollment, and ongoing services. This temporary onsite role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact while working in a collaborative environment.
Position Details
- Location: 100% Onsite
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Duration: Temporary, 6 months
- Pay Rate: Up to $22.00/hour
Key Responsibilities 🚀
- Build positive relationships with customers and monitor their engagement and progress
- Meet with customers regularly to help them achieve program goals and maintain services or eligibility
- Conduct workshops, orientations, and customer training activities
- Guide customers through application and service processes from enrollment to benefits and support
- Assist customers in accessing essential services such as education, healthcare, childcare, transportation, mental health, legal support, and more
- Follow up to ensure needs are met and questions are resolved promptly
- Collaborate with team members to address concerns and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain accurate case notes and document all customer interactions
- Share updates on outreach and engagement activities with project staff
- Communicate customer barriers or challenges impacting participation
Qualifications 📋
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent customer service skills, with professionalism in handling difficult situations
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to follow procedures and identify solutions
- Proficiency in basic computer skills: email, typing, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong teamwork skills and a professional demeanor
- Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
