📝 Job Overview
The Outlet Manager is responsible for the strategic management of the hotel restaurant, aligned with Hilton policies and procedures. This role involves ensuring operational excellence, delivering superior customer service, and leading a high-performing team to create memorable dining experiences.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Customer Focus & Service Excellence: Prioritize guest satisfaction by approaching tasks with the guest always in mind.
- Issue Resolution & Communication: Take initiative to resolve issues promptly, maintaining clear communication with guests and staff.
- Operational Enhancements: Contribute ideas to improve procedures and promote Hilton services actively.
- Safety & Environment: Perform duties safely, ensuring a secure environment for all.
- Team Environment & Training: Foster a culture focused on creating exceptional customer experiences and conduct regular staff training on standards and procedures.
- Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather and respond to customer feedback, implementing action plans for service enhancement.
- Operational Management: Plan and control daily operations, prepare staff rosters, and coordinate with other departments.
- Financial Management: Supervise departmental performance, analyze financial metrics, and manage budgets to meet profit targets.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Strategic Planning & Sales: Maximize revenue opportunities through promotions, events, and effective team selling strategies.
🎓 What Are We Looking For?
- 2-4 years of managerial experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Proficiency with computer systems and hospitality software.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn new skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a deep understanding of service standards.
- Sound knowledge of F&B operations, cost controls, labor management, and merchandising.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Outgoing personality with flexibility to work long hours.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Vietnamese or Chinese preferred.
