The Sales Consultant – Appliance Outlet ensures that Best Buy remains the premier destination for tech solutions by:

• Implementing store responsibilities assigned by leadership to engage customers using effective selling skills, building complete and connected solutions that balance high velocity and high service.
• Maintaining inventory and merchandising standards in the outlet store area.
• Executing selling strategies with excellence, as evidenced by coaching forms and customer metrics such as NPS and Mystery Shops.
• Supporting sales initiatives in partnership with the Sales Manager to meet operational results, growth goals, and overall financial performance.

• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends
