Position Overview

The Order Processing Specialist is essential to ensuring the smooth execution of sales orders, maintaining accuracy, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves daily order processing, managing picking documentation, and handling various tasks related to order fulfillment and customer support.

Responsibilities

• 🌐 Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 📝 Daily processing of all sales orders and preparation of picking documentation
• 🔄 Adjust prices based on promotions or vendor codes
• ✅ Review orders for errors upon return from dispatch
• 🔍 Analyze and apply credits as needed
• 🚫 Ensure odd orders are processed only if primary orders have not been dispatched
• 📞 Take orders via phone in case the Office Assistant is unavailable
• 🔒 Verify that there are no un-exported orders
• 🧹 Keep the workspace and printing area organized
• 📄 Scan invoices and sales orders daily
• 🚚 Process daily shipments of sales orders
• 💳 Manage inquiries related to credits on sales orders in the system
• 🏢 Assist customers with in-store sales order pickups
• 📊 Report all returns of the day to the Warehouse Manager
• 🗃️ Maintain organization and stock of office supplies
• 🚗 Coordinate driver accommodations for travel days

Schedule

Monday - Friday ONLY:

• 3 days from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 2 days from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
