Order Management Specialist

Join our team as an Order Management Specialist! This is an onsite W2 contract position based in Santa Ana, CA, with a target pay rate of $23-26/hr. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly preferred for this role.

Role Overview

The primary function of this position is to manage order processes, including order allocation, fulfillment, and communication with both internal teams and external customers. Responsibilities also include generating reports, data analysis, and participating in projects. The role reports directly to GPCA CE Order Management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and Process Orders: Handle customer orders through various channels efficiently.
  • Verify Order Details: Confirm product specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
  • Order Entry: Ensure accurate and prompt input of orders into the system.
  • Track Orders: Monitor from placement to delivery for timely fulfillment.
  • Update Communication: Keep customers and internal teams informed about order status.
  • Resolve Discrepancies: Address any issues related to orders swiftly.
  • Customer Inquiries: Manage questions, changes, cancellations, or returns related to orders.
  • Provide Information: Clearly communicate shipping times, delivery options, and order updates.
  • Customer Relations: Build and sustain positive relationships with clients.
  • Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
  • Manage Stockouts & Delays: Identify and mitigate potential fulfillment issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of all order activities and communications.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on order volume, processing times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements; conduct regular audits for accuracy.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
