About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor/Manager to support and oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations in our cosmetics production facility. This role works closely with the Production Manager, QC, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth factory operations, efficient use of equipment and materials, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate overall plant operations, including machine utilization, workflow, and shift performance.
• Ensure alignment of materials, equipment, and manpower to meet production schedules.
• Track production metrics (output, downtime, utilization) and report to management.
• Support the Production Manager in improving efficiency and reducing bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and company operating procedures.
• Collaborate with QC and Maintenance teams to resolve operational issues quickly.
• Provide training and guidance to operators and support staff.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing operations (cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or related).
• Strong knowledge of factory operations, workflow, and equipment coordination.
• Experience in supervising staff and managing shifts.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or other compliance systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
