Job Responsibilities

🔹 Regional Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of 5-10 stores across targeted countries. Address and resolve sudden issues such as equipment failures and raw material shortages to ensure seamless store functioning.

🔹 Staff Management

Assist in recruiting store managers and staff, organize training sessions on product knowledge and service processes, and evaluate staff performance to maintain high standards.

🔹 Data Feedback & Analysis

Collect and analyze store operation data (e.g., average order value, repurchase rate), report findings to management, and propose actionable improvement suggestions—such as adjusting popular product combinations.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher; minimum of 3 years managing store operations.
• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in chain store operations, with proficiency in beverage production processes and equipment maintenance.
• Language & Analytical Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin, capable of communicating effectively with local staff. Basic data analysis skills are essential.
