Role Overview 🎯

Fanatics is looking for motivated Operations Supervisors to oversee our custom sports jersey manufacturing facility. Located in a modern, 210,000 sq ft space near the National Turnpike, this role involves supporting team growth and strategic initiatives while fostering a positive company culture.

How You Will Make An Impact 🚀

• Supervise all shipping, receiving, and Made to Order (MTO) processing activities.
• Maintain visibility and accessibility to employees on the distribution center floor throughout shifts.
• Ensure departmental standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy are upheld.
• Organize and prioritize operational activities during each shift.
• Navigate workflow math for production monitoring, planning, and reporting.
• Forecast staffing needs, assist with interviews, and support hiring processes.
• Train, motivate, coach, reward, and manage team members effectively.
• Foster and grow a positive team culture.
• Resolve personnel issues in partnership with HR and Ops Leadership.
• Coordinate with HR on vacation approvals, timecards, overtime, hiring, and training.
• Develop process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Assist in policy and procedure development and implementation.
• Maintain reports, correspondence, and a working knowledge of operational systems.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety programs and training requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain accountability for employee performance, quality, and development.

What You Bring To The Team 🧩

• Workflow math skills for production monitoring, planning, and reporting.
• Data analysis experience to develop and execute business plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Previous leadership experience with teams.
• Educational background: An associate degree and/or 1-3 years of relevant experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
