Who You Are 🤝

We are looking for an Operations Recruiter who will source, attract, and hire top talent for our Operations teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and bring in candidates who can drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

What You'll Do 🎯

  • Represent Metropolis positively to candidates, showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities for growth
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates
  • Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance throughout the process
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and keep records up-to-date in our recruitment systems
  • Extend job offers, negotiate employment terms, and coordinate onboarding for new hires
  • Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates; generate reports for analysis
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to promote Metropolis as a top employer
  • Assist with other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For 🔍

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
  • 3+ years of proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and managers
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to changing priorities

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus

Compensation: The anticipated base salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 USD annually. Actual offers depend on your experience, skills, education, and location. Our total compensation includes healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, disability coverage, life insurance, stock options, bonuses, and more.
