Primary Responsibilities 📝
- Extensive experience in operational support within logistics or related fields
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement data tracking systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Supervise adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) through management practices and team leadership
- Communicate effectively across departments to facilitate operational improvements
- Standardize, automate, and optimize SOPs, with experience preferred
- Utilize automation tools and data systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Review and improve SOPs based on data analysis, ensuring effectiveness
- Organize training sessions for new SOPs, automation tools, and data systems
Qualifications & Experience 🎓
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics industries
- Bachelor's degree or higher education
- Valid driver’s license in Canada or the US; ability to travel up to 90%
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning, management, and coordination skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
