About the Role

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will:

  • Oversee regional operations across multiple locations
  • Supervise data-related tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and effectiveness
  • Support and guide local teams to uphold high service standards

This full-time, onsite position spans across all across the USA, primarily focused on enhancing operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience supporting logistics operations or related fields
  • Excellent data analysis skills—identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement data tracking systems for accuracy and consistency
  • Lead teams by supervising adherence to SOPs and management practices
  • Communicate effectively across departments to drive improvements
  • Experience with process standardization, automation, and SOP optimization
  • Utilize automation tools and data systems to streamline operations
  • Review and enhance SOPs based on data insights
  • Organize training sessions on SOPs and automation tools

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in warehousing or logistics
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education
  • Valid driver’s license in the US or Canada with willingness to travel up to 90%
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning, management, and coordination abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools
