Job Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Operations and will oversee daily operations, contributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading organizational development strategies and assessing operational needs
- Maintaining effective communication with team members, clients, and regional centers to ensure service continuity and satisfaction
- Developing and implementing strategic processes to promote organizational growth
- Expanding existing services and collaborating with regional centers
- Overseeing compliance with agency and regional policies while maintaining detailed operational reports
- Designing operational frameworks aligned with growth goals
- Developing strategies to optimize resources and meet service commitments
- Resolving client and staff issues efficiently and effectively
- Training and supervising staff on new software systems and certifications
- Managing client authorizations and ensuring accurate data entry for client records and contracts
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field; or 5+ years of relevant experience can substitute for higher education
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management within the health or human services sector
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in data management and reporting
